A few months ago, I made a few batches of mini classic cheesecakes. While I haven't made a normal-sized cheesecake (like ever!), I found these easy to make and just as tasty.
Since we don't have Graham crackers here, I used digestive biscuits mixed with butter for the base.
The cheesecake was topped with a strawberry crush topping.
The classic cheesecake has a nice tangy flavour and a creamy texture, and the sweetness of the strawberry crush brings everything together perfectly.
Cream cheese is a little expensive here, so I don't make these very often. Maybe next time I'll make a regular-sized cheesecake.
