A plate of food that is not worth imitating but really tempting me this time.
Actually, I have a habit of improving my mood after work. It is all about eating super spicy foods. We as a family have the same habits.
One older sister of mine has extreme habits from me. My first sister used to drink a glass of chili water when she was really dizzy with the pressure of her job.
So this time I made spicy food to improve my mood, but I assure you this is not a good food to imitate.
I made spicy instant noodles because this is all I have tonight. This is not actually my supply of noodles, but it is my sister's that I had to ask for.
The last time I ate noodles was two months ago, in the post of Spicy Noodles With Wild Mushrooms.
Spicy Noodles With Wild Mushrooms
This time, I combine instant noodles with boiled vegetables and a poached egg.
For instant noodles, I add a few spoonfuls of chili powder to increase the level of spiciness.
For boiled vegetables, I have boiled pak choy/bok choy.
The spiciness made my head feel less heavy by the pressures that had come before it. And my mood got even better.
This is an instant noodle dish that I ate for the first time in 2021 and I hope this is the last instant noodle I eat this year.
I think I have to make a lot of homemade noodle stocks that I make myself to replace the factory-made instant noodles. Indeed, I was looking for a way to make my homemade last a while. The solution is to store noodles in the freezer. I hope I'm not too lazy to make homemade noodles.
How about you? When was the last time you ate instant noodles?
