En esta oportunidad les traigo tortillas de espinacas, otra receta saludable y creativa para consumir en un desayuno enriquecido con hojas de espinacas, que son una fuente maravillosa de vitaminas K, A, C y, también de ácido fólico, y complementado con las consabidas arepitas de avena.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, as it is the fuel we need to ignite our body after several hours of rest and, thus, start our daily activities with energy and happiness, as the saying goes "belly full, heart happy".
This time I bring you spinach tortillas, another healthy and creative recipe to consume in a breakfast enriched with spinach leaves, which are a wonderful source of vitamins K, A, C and folic acid, and complemented with the usual oatmeal arepitas.
- 3 Huevos (uno para cada tortilla)
- Hojas de espinacas
- Ajo
- Una pizca de sal
- 3 eggs (one for each omelet)
- Spinach leaves
- Garlic
- A pinch of salt
En un recipiente, yo uso una taza grande, se echa el huevo completo, se agregan las hojas de espinacas, el ajo triturado y la sal, al gusto.
Luego, se bate enérgicamente, antes de echar en la sartén, preferiblemente de teflón para que no se pegue. Voteamos la tortilla con una espumadera y cuando esté lista por el otro lado, la servimos.
In a bowl, I use a large cup, pour the whole egg, add the spinach leaves, the crushed garlic and salt, to taste.
Then, beat it vigorously before pouring it into the frying pan, preferably a Teflon pan so that it does not stick.
