This heavenly soft dessert originated in France. It's super easy to prepare, the whole process with baking, won't take more than an average tv show episode.
Chocolate Souffle will impress everyone with an elegant look and a sophisticated taste and that makes it a good choice for a romantic dinner.
Ingredients:
- 210 g of all-purpose flour
- 60 g of sugar
- 90 g of raw cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 470 ml of water
- 120 ml of canola oil
- 3 tablespoons of raw cocoa powder
- blueberries
Preparation:
- Sift the flour and the baking powder through the sieve in a bowl.
Sift cocoa powder to the bowl.
Add the rest of the dry ingredients; salt and sugar.
Mix it well.
- Boil the water and add canola oil to it.
Mix the liquid with the dry ingredients.
Mix until well combined but don't overmix.
- Cover a 20 cm round cake mould with baking paper and pour in the batter.
- Bake at 180°C for 25-35 minutes.
When done, cool it down completely before taking it out of the mould and cutting.
- Decorate with cocoa powder and fresh blueberries.
