One of my prized creation of a burger; a really delicious and juicy chicken burger. It's not a chicken sandwich which has a piece of chicken breast or chop but this one here is made with mince chicken. I know, it's not what most people do with a chicken burger but trust me, this is one of our best selling burgers.
It's seasoned with cajun spices and it's seared on a flat top. Caramelized and packed with loads of southern flavors, this is really a delicious burger. Some meat lovers have even preferred it over our beef burger patties, and our cheeseburgers are really really good which tells you a lot about what you're gonna get from this chicken burger.
The sauce for this burger is a middle eastern inspired sauce which has lime juice, garlic, and mayo in it. Customers have an option to top it with an egg and it's all sandwiched between handcrafted wholemeal buns that we get from a local baker friend of ours.
