As I said in my First Post this is a Italian restaurant placed in Alicante town and is specialized in signature and market cuisine offering a good and elaborate tasting menu called Aliz for only €45/pp.
The chef and owner is a young Italian selftaught cook very passionate about worldwide cuisine.
They currently have a ⭐4.7 rating on Google Maps and my personal rating was ⭐5.

- Arancini on prawns stock topped with sea bream sashimi and capers.

- Fire-grilled red tuna fin with pickles, barbecue sauce and mango puree.
- Lentils stew and prawn tartare.
- Glass of Pinot Grigro, Italian white wine from 2021 (included into the wine pairing service, +€20/pp).
- Homemade gnocchi soaked in fish broth topped with torched red mullet loin and grated mullet roe.
- Homemade tagliatelle on saffron and parmigiano stock topped with mushrooms.
- Stewed pork cheek on chocolate sauce and pumpkin cream.
- Glass of Dulce de Invierno, Spanish sweet white wine from 2019 (included into the wine pairing service, +€20/pp).
