This is probably my very favorite restaurant in Alicante city and actually don't remember how many times I've been here (a lot, you can also check First Visit) so, be prepared to see subsequent posts of myself eating at this restaurant.
They do Asian-Spanish fusion cooking and his cook and owner Raúl Peñalver had studied for many years with some good reknown chefs and worked previously in a Michelin starred restaurant and I can assure you, he never fails with his innovative dishes.
They currently have a ⭐4.7 rating in Google Maps and my personal rating was ⭐5.
- French omelette topped with "Craterellus cornucopioides" mushrooms (Trumpets of death), "torreznos" (thick fried bacon rinds) and grated fresh "Tuber melanosporum" black truffle.
- Fresh "Tuber melanosporum" black truffle.
- Roasted cow sweetbread in its sauce with cauliflower cream and Enoki mushrooms.
- French toast sided with yogurt ice cream.
Overall evaluation of the restaurant: 8 points out of 10.
