Located in Santa Faz town (Alicante, Spain), very close to the 15th century monastery of the same name (also known as the Veronica monastery, where each year more than 250,000 pilgrims congregate in pilgrimage to see one of the only three faces recognized by the Holy See), we find this traditional cuisine restaurant with innovative touches at a good price.
The owner of this restaurant is the chef Dani Frías (also owner of the restaurant la Ereta in Alicante - Haute cuisine tasting menus with superb views included in the Michelin Guide), who learned restoration at the School of Restoration and Hospitality of Barcelona to later work in world-renowned restaurants such as Martín Berasategui, Akelarre and Arzak.
They currently have a ⭐4.6 rating on Google Maps and my personal rating was ⭐4.
