Cutlets and pasta have long been a fixture in our family, and making them at home is a real pleasure. All the more reason to experiment with different stuffing. For example, mix pork and chicken or beef and liver. This time we took a simple way and mixed 2/3 of pork and 1/3 of beef and added the rest of the cheese. We cooked it thoroughly and, while the pasta was boiling, we put the cutlets to stew.
20 minutes on very low heat is enough for them to become very soft and moreover to make the creamy flavor of cheese more pronounced.
Well, as a spicy lover I could not do without sauce and I generously topped the ready dish with an extreme Mama Chili sauce from Novocherkassk Kraftsmen's Peper Farm Chilihead.
This 100% organic sauce is based on Carolina Reaper and Naga Jolokia peppers, complemented by ground Chipotle and grilled tomatoes. But it's the Mexican spices and chili flakes, enhanced with lime juice, that make it extra special. The stuff is simply stunning and as I once said - I don't know why they called it Mom, because the sauce has a real Cossack character (after all, the guys live and grow their peppers in the Cossack capital of Russia) and even a small amount of this sauce breaks a sweat :)
The 100 gram bottle was enough for me for three months and it's time to order a new one from the guys. Fresh from the first spring harvest :)
