A good reason why I always go to hawker stalls to eat is that the food is authentic and it’s made with passion. I like supporting hawker stalls and the owners themselves are the ones creating the dishes. I know for sure that it will be good because the owners will take pride in their creations and will not disappoint their patrons as well.
There is a particular hawker stall that I often go to whenever I’m craving a specific noodle dish. For this night, I ordered the Fu Zhou Ramen.
Fu Zhou means “a city of fortune”. I guess this noodle dish is a good representation of that because it also looks bountiful and soothing. From the look of it, I would say that I will be satisfied after finishing this bowl of noodles.
The three main components of this dish are handmade noodles, meat dumplings, and minced meat that is coated with fishballs.
The meat dumpling is very filling. The fillings are generous and it taste good as well. The big difference between handmade dumplings and the ones that are made in the factory is the taste, freshness, and springiness of the wrap.
Another yummy topping is the fishball which is filled with minced meat. I think this is a creative way of stuffing a fishball. It’s delicious and fun to eat.
There’s a good reason why I keep coming back to Liang Xing; the food is good and the passion of the owners is evident in the food they serve. The affordability of the prices is also a good reason why this is a stall that deserves the support of foodies like me.
See you!
