Thank you foodies bee hive community. I try to share my experience of cooking Kang pao Chicken. Kung pao Chicken it self comes from Tiongkok.
Kung Pao chicken it self very famous in Indonesia, this food is mainly made from chicken, kung pao chicken is a delicious food to eat for lunch or dinner.
It's simple to make with spices,
- 300 grams of chicken dreast in a fillet and cut into cubes,
- 1/2 onion,cut length wise
- 2 cloves of garlic,finely grated
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce
- 2 scallions coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoon of nuts
- 3 tablespoon of oil.
Sauce infredients
- 5 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic,finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon mushroom stock.
Process
Step 1 coat the chicken with garlic, sweet soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cornstarch,pepper,salt, then let stand 20 minutes.
Step 2 fry the chicken over low heat until it is brown, set a side.
Step 3 saute garlic,onion,chili,
Step 4 add all the sauce then add water, then add the fish,add the leeks, beans, mix well.
Then remove and the kung pao chicken it ready to be served.
