Namasteš, Today I am sharing with you spiced āBoondi raita recipeā. Mainly Raita is made with curd. In which protein is very high and low fat. Itās good for digestion and weight loss. There are lots of ways to prepare Raita. I am sharing 10 images and hope you all will like it. Step wise images will help you to prepare this dish without any issues.
Ingredients:
- Boondi(tiny fried gram flour balls)- 100g
- Corianders leaves
- Yogurt(Dahi/Curd) - 500g
- Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 table-spoon
- Black pepper powder - 1/2 table-spoon
- Red Chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
- Black salt - 1/2 spoon
- Salt - 1/2 spoon
How to prepare boondi raita
Take curd on a pan.
Now add all the dry spice powders and salt on curd and add some water to make it smooth..
Mix properly the curd/yogurt in a bowl till it became smooth.
Now add the boondi to the masala mix curd and mix it well and add chopped coriander leaves on it.
Now your dish is ready, you can serve boondi raita cold or normal room temperature.
