** EGG CURRY PREPARATION ITEMS**
- 9-10 Boiled Eggs
- 12-14 cloves Garlic
- 1-inch Ginger
- 2 Green Chilli
- 2 Big size Onion
- 2-3 Bay leaf (tej patta)
- 2 mid-size Tomato
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin (Jeera) Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- Few Coriander (Dhania) Leaves, chopped
- 5 to6 black pepper seed
- Cinnamon stick
- Mustard Oil , for cooking
- Salt as per taste
Preparation Method: -
Step 1
Take peeled boiled eggs (without outer shell) and make puncture(7-8 holes) all eggs with the help of toothpick as shown in image.
Step 2
Heat Mustard oil in a pan and add boiled egg on it and fry it till it became golden brown see in image
Let keep it aside on plate for next curry process.
Curry Preparation
Step 1
- Grind onion, tomato, ginger, garlic and chile together in grinder to make paste.
- In bowl take all powder of Turmeric/ Coriander/ Red Chilli/ Cumin/ Garam masala and pour small amount of water and make paste.
Step 2
Heat the oil in Pan over medium heat. Fry bay leaves and add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, red chilli, Cinnamon stick, black peeper seed and wait till the cumin seeds crackle.
Step 3
Add paste of onion, tomato, ginger, garlic and chile in it and fry for 2-4 minute more.
Step 4
Now add the all masala powder paste in pan and let it fry for 3-4 minute more.
Step 5
Now add fried eggs on it and fry for 3-4 minute, you can cover the pan in mid, This step will convert your eggs test in amazing level.
Step 6
Now add salt as per taste and 4-5 cup of water on it and keep 5-10 min on mid flame to cooked well.
Step 6
Now it's ready to serve.
