My mom made this āChole Currie recipeā every week with Puri or paratha. Now sharing this recipe with you all to have testy food at home without more hassle.
Ingredients for Chole:-

⢠2 Cup White chickpeas
⢠1 Onion big-size
⢠1 Tomato mid-size
⢠1 (1 inch) piece fresh ginger peeled chopped
⢠8-10 cloves garlic or more to taste
⢠3-4 green chile
⢠2 bay leaves, or more to taste
⢠1 black cardamoms
⢠1 inch cinnamon
⢠2-3 Cloves (Long)
⢠1 teaspoon cumin seeds/jeera
⢠1 teaspoon chili powder
⢠1 teaspoon coriander powder
⢠1 teaspoon garam masala
⢠½ teaspoon turmeric powder
⢠Salt as per taste
⢠Water as needed
⢠3 tablespoons oil (As per need)
Preparation Method: -
Grind onion, tomato, ginger, garlic and green chili together in grinder to make paste.
Take a pressure cooker and add soaked white chickpeas, add some salt, close the lid of cooker and cook white chickpeas for 5-6 whistles. Turn off the flame and keep the pressure under the cooker until it releases automatically
Heat the oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat. Fry bay leaves and Add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, black cardamoms, cinnamon, Cloves and wait till the cumin seeds crackle
Add mixed paste of onion, tomato, ginger, garlic and chili
Add the coriander/garam masala/cumin/turmeric powder and let it cook for 1 minute more.
Now add the socked soft 2 cup White chickpeas (Chole) also add salt as per taste and fry it 5-7 minute
Now add some water in it and boiled till it became little.
Now White chickpeas (Chole) recipe is ready to have with all ingredients.
