Today I'm going to share with you one of my second favorite food recipe, which i invent by my self, which you feel while reading this post and seeing cooking images and hope you all will like it.
Ingredients:
- 15 mid size or small size Lady's finger
- 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 3 tbsp Mustard Oil
- Salt as per taste
- 5-6 Garlic Clove
- Small Piece Ginger
- 1 Green Chillies
Preparation
Note:- Must not mix salt in starting .
Step 1
Rinse the lady finger in water for 3-4 times. Remove the crown and the base tip of the bhindi, Wipe them dry and make 4 cut on each piece.
Step 2
Grind Onion, Garlic, Green chillies and make paste.
Step 3
Heat the 3 tbsp oil and fry lady finger in low flame 8-10 min around, now add Red Chilli powder & Turmeric Powder in it,( if like you can mix Coriander Powder with cumin powder.)
Now add paste and salt in it and fry it till they are browned, Cook it on slow flame and remember not to cover the pan.
Step 4
Now it's ready to serve.
