I am from Venezuela therefore I will talk about a dish which is very tasty and easy, these are the arepas. Arepas in my country are part of the day to day, they can be eaten for breakfast, lunch and dinner, there is nothing like eating a good arepa and drinking some coffee, there is no Venezuelan who says that they have never had breakfast with a Delicious arepa, these can be cooked in two ways, fried or roasted, and for the filling you can put many things, cheese, beans, ham, egg, it is very easy and here I am going to show you ...
INGREDIENTES
- Agua
- Harina
- Sal
- Queso
- Mantequilla
- Mortadela
INGREDIENTS
- Water
- Flour
- Salt
- Cheese
- Butter
- Mortadella
PRIMER PASO
The first thing to do is the dough, for this we add water in a container it all depends on how much dough we want to make, the next thing is to add a little salt to taste
Now we add the flour, this depends on the amount of water we have used
The next thing is to knead, we will do this until the dough and the water have come together to form a soft dough, it should not be too watery if this happens, a little more flour should be added
SEGUNDO PASO
The next thing is to take a ball of dough of the size you want and give it the shape of a circle
TERCER PASO
We turn on the kitchen, put our pan and place our arepas to cook, once one side is ready they are turned so that the other side can be cooked
CUARTO PASO
