Ingredients to prepare noodles fry. These ingredients are different from the one found in internet where they have fancy ingredients. Well, I don't have those during the lockdown. I am trying to prepare from the one that I have left in home. I boiled noodles in water to make it wet. Just can't fry it dry as I am told that eating them like that is not good for health.
I fried some cabbage along with the noodles to make it tasty.
So yummy and I love spicy too much. Previously I didn't have habit of eating spicy food except some occassions. But this lockdown is making me go mad. My tongue is dull like it lacks spicy flavor. I am told that there are spicy noodles in the market like Korean Ramen noodles and our own Nepali product 2 PM where there is grinded Habanero Chili inside the packet. Its one of hell spicy chili. I would try it later once these items are available on the supermarket that I go.
