I had a very weird experience while I tried to taste chicken sizzler for the first time yesterday. I went to the famous burger chain yesterday and decided to taste something that I had never tasted in my life. And chicken sizzler on their menu caught my attention. I had just knew one thing about this food i.e. it is served very hot even with flame of fire on a very hot metal plate kept above the wooden base. This dish seems to be first originated in Japan and the one found in my country is actually inspired from the one made in India.
When my sizzler was served, two funny things happened: the burning flame made a loud noise and every customers were watching what was being served to whom and after some minutes the whole restaurant was covered with the smoke of sizzler as they didn't seem to have proper ventialation. Everyone dining there had a difficult time for some moment. It wasn't my fault at all lol. I think the dish was named according to the sizzling sound made by the dish.
I really loved the unique taste of this dish. Except for the noodles, everything was very healthy as there were boiled cauliflower, broccoli and beans. There was also crunchy chicken breast dipped in the gravy. These were all put inside a cabbage.
