If you follow the rules of cooking, the parfait should turn out amazing! I tried to make it! Every time I experiment and get a delicious result! I share with you the secret of cooking!
So, we need the following ingredients:
- Chicken liver - 350-400 gr
- Bow -1 pc.
- Butter 150gr
- Cream 100 ml
- Riga Balsam - 30 ml (you can take Brandy)
- Thyme or Provencal herbs (your choice)
- Ground black pepper
- Sea salt according to your taste

Description step by step:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius
Pour the peeled liver with Riga balsam, add chopped onion, add 50 g of butter, add a little thyme.
Bake in foil for 20 to 30 minutes. Depends on your oven.
Transfer the finished liver to a blender, add cream, salt, pepper to your taste and beat until smooth.
5 .Then pour over the melted butter, to which I have added thyme.
