Sometimes I feel like eating something dietary. How about oatmeal? You don't like oatmeal porridge?Then we'll make an oatmeal cake. Yes, it's diet cake. It won't hurt my figure.
Unusual cake, isn't it? It's easy to make, and it has an original taste and flavor: orange and chocolate. I love this combination of delicious flavors. Try to prepare it!
I have taken to make the oat cake with the following ingredients :
- Oat flakes - 150 g
- Wheat flour - 1 st. l.
- Sesame flour - 1 tbsp. l
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Banana - 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
- Sugar - 20 g
- Baking powder - 1/2 tsp.
- Vanilla sugar - as you wish
- Oranges - 1 pc.
- Cottage cheese dessert - 150 g
- Dark chocolate 10 g
If you want, you can double the batch.
So, the directions
- Beat eggs with sugar, add vanilla sugar if desired
2. Mash the banana with a fork.
3.Add banana and vegetable oil to the beaten eggs.
4.Combine dry ingredients (oatmeal, wheat and sesame flour, baking powder) and add to the dough.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
6. Remove from oven, cool, cut into 2 cakes.
Apply curd cream on 1 cake, cover with the second. Add squeezed juice of half an orange and grated chocolate if desired.
Spread the cream over the top and sides of the cake. Garnish with orange and shredded chocolate.
