Hello!
Omelet! Do you know how to make this, right?
An omelet is a quick, hearty and delicious breakfast. I want to offer you a very unusual way to prepare it.
I will make an omelet without milk, but with a spoonful of sour cream and pumpkin seed flour, with tomatoes and dill.
Pumpkin seed flour is healthful! Pumpkin seed flour has a rich vitamin and mineral composition that is rarely found in other foods.
It is an invaluable source of omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids. In addition to B vitamins, A, C, PP, K, pumpkin seed powder contains many micro and macronutrients.
You probably know this.😊
So, let's make an omelet!
I took the products:
- 2 eggs
- 1 large tomato.
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin flour
- sea salt - to your taste
- dill bunch
- green onion sprouts
- 10g butter or 1 tsp vegetable oil
Step by Step:
Lightly beat the 2 eggs.
Add sour cream and mix well.
Add pumpkin seed flour, pinch of sea salt to taste.
Chop dill and green onion shoots (amount as you wish). I took some green onion shoots grown in a flower pot.
Then add to the omelet mixture. Mix well.
Slice tomato, place in a pan with melted butter (or vegetable oil). Tomatoes, stir and stew until there is almost no liquid left in the pan.
Pour the tomato with the egg mixture prepared earlier.
Cover with lid and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
Bon appetit!
Please, help yourself! 😊
Take care and stay safe!
