What's up guys? I hope you're doing well right now. Today I got leave from my company because I had do to necessary tasks. After 11 a.m I had free time for do my daily useful works. I bought cuttlefish fro fish market when I finished my necessary tasks. These day cuttlefish prices low than othe fish species.So qucickly I started to cook delcious cuttlefish gravy. You can check out how I prepare the whole process.
Ingredients
- 500 grams of cleaned and roundly cut cuttlefish
- Finely chopped large onion
- Chopped tomatoes
- Chopped green chilies
- Garlic cut into small strips
- Pandan leaves and curry leaves
- Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
- A teaspoon of pepper powder
- Two teaspoons of curry powder
- One and a half teaspoon of chili powder
- Salt as needed
- One cup of coconut milk
- Oil for frying
- Half a cup of water
Preparing steps
- Place the cleaned and diced cuttlefish in a bowl. Then finely chopped big onions, chopped tomatoes and Add chopped green chilies.
- Then add sliced garlic, pandan leaves and curry leaves.
- Add turmeric powder, pepper powder, curry powder and chili powder to it.
- At the end add salt powder as needed and mix everything well. Leave it for three minutes.
- Place a pan on low heat and add about three tablespoons of oil. When the oil heats up, add the previously prepared cuttlefish mixture and fry well for about a minute.
- Add half a cup of water and let it boil.
- After about two minutes, add coconut milk, mix well and let it boil. When the broth boils a little, take it off the stove.
