How are you all dear food lovers.I hope all of you are having a nice and healthy day.Beginner Fried Tips in Less Oil Spicy Flavor.I love to cook all the time.Inspire yourself to create new things.You can eat fried eggplant with rice polao or other dishes which is very tasty and fun.Those of us who are Radhunis are responsible to ourselves to make the cooking taste matchless.We usually take great pains to present cooking talent to everyone.And if everyone loves once and says that the food is wonderful,it's delicious,then my heart fills with joy.Forget the trouble of cooking for a moment.
As I cook, my daughter sits on my lap when I want to run something, I always support her experience or planet. Necessary measures:-
- Eggplant 1 t
- Besan 1 cup
- Flour 2/1 cup
- Baking powder 2/1 tsp
- Orange food color
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Ginger paste 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Step by step Culinary plan
First I took an eggplant. Then I cut the eggplants very thinly with a sharp knife. Here I have cut the size of eggplant round and flat.
This time I took besan in a big bowl. Then I poured the measured 2/1 cup of flour into the mason jar.
Then I poured one spoon of salt, one spoon of turmeric and another spoon of masala powder into the mixture. With this mixture I will make a batter to make crispy eggplant.
Then I poured one spoon of ginger, one spoon of garlic paste and one spoon of chili powder in the bowl to mix,
Then I poured half a spoonful of baking powder in the mixture, this will make the brinjals swell beautifully.
Now add water to combine all the ingredients.
After that, I spread the mixture well with a spoon. For this, make a batter with little water.
Then I mixed it well with a few drops of food color. After mixing, a finger should be dipped to see, if the batter sticks to the hand, then the batter should be understood as perfect.
After that, I dipped the cut brinjal peaches in the mixture. Then I put a pan on the stove and poured oil.
Then one by one eggplant pitches should be left in the oil and turned upside down.
This is final making process
After frying for 5-6 minutes, drain the oil in a strainer and pour into a serving dish.
