Hello foodies!
Every time I scroll down through posts in this community, I get hungry! Why would that be? Maybe because of all good looking colorful and delicious recipes?
Hmmm....🤤
Anyways, here I am again with this easy recipe to follow at home if you love WRAPS and TABBOULEH SALAD.
You can skip chicken if you are a vegetarian so...simple as that!
Here's the recipe!
Hope you enjoy it!
Ingredients:
For Tabbouleh salad:
- toamtoes
- cucumbers
- green parsley
- red onion ( but I used green onion because I didnt have red onion at home)
- pomegranate
- olive oil
- lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Other Ingredients you need formaking these wraps:
- chicken
- kalamata olives (or your favorite ones)
- feta cheese
- tortilla wraps
- tzatziki dressing (cucumber, greek yoghurt, lemon juice, fresh dill, olive oil, salt and pepper, dry oregano, 1 clove garlic)
- fries (optional)
Instructions:
1.First, do the dressing and put it aside while preparing the salad and the meat.
Put all ingredients for the dressing in one bowl and mix everything until well combined.
2.Use a pan to make the chicken. Put some olive oil and then the chicken. Add seasoning like salt, pepper, oregano, paprika. You don't need a lid but feel free to make your favorite grilled chicken.
If you use to make some fries, now it's the time. You can use an air frier as well. Also oven baked are really nice!
3.While the chicken (and fries) is cooking, start preparing the salad.
Wash all ingredients. Start chopping the cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, parsley and put them in a bowl. Add pomegrenate, a bit of olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix everything.
4.When everything is ready, bring 'em on the table!
I used also something called grenadine molases. I put some of it on top of the salad.
Now, you only need to assamble these beautiful wraps.
First put the salad. Then the olives, feta cheese, chicken and then the tzatziki dressing.
So what do you think?
We LOVE Tabbouleh Salad and these wraps are something I could eat every other day. I love also tzatziki and most mediterranean food actually.
