Hi foodies, how are you all, I hope you are in good health and always enthusiastic in carrying out your activities. "Every meeting there must be a farewell", these wise words remind us to always want to be together without saying goodbye. 2 months have ended when their internship has been completed, now is the time to return to campus, and we as employees can let them go. 2 months ago they came to where I work, namely the North Aceh Freshwater Fish Seed Center, they are students from the Venezuelan Polytechnic campus (poliven).
Before leaving tomorrow, they prepare to say goodbye to all the employees where we work, we take advantage of the moment to eat together. Incidentally some time ago coincided with the month of fasting, therefore we held an iftar together as well as a farewell event.
Here they provide boxed rice in the form of rice and crispy fried chicken with chili sauce, as well as equipped with vegetables. They bought some nasi boxes for other employees, not only nasi boxes they also bought some traditional snacks from our area, there were timphan cakes and mini rainbow sponge cakes, risol and pretty sweet cakes as well as jala cakes, as well as several other types. They also serve watermelon for dessert as well as cold iced tea.
We waited a while for the Maghrib call to prayer, and then ate our food leisurely. The taste of the crispy chicken is just right, cooked perfectly, crunchy just right, the sambal is also delicious. This taste is the best red chili sauce I have ever tried, other employees also said it was very delicious. In addition to the rice and chicken, the taste of the cakes that are no less delicious also adds to the enthusiasm for enjoying the farewell atmosphere until late at night.
The last session after eating together, we continued to take pictures as a keepsake with the practical students, all of whom were very happy to enjoy the meal together and were also moved because they had to part with them. I wish them success in the future.
See you in the next post.
