Waking up in the morning to be greeted by birds chirping, this is the joy of living in the village, today I want to share the recipe for a sweet and warm menu, namely jackfruit seed porridge.
Jackfruit is a plant that grows quite a lot in Indonesia, the ripe jackfruit is quite sweet and fragrant and has a pretty pretty color, which is deep yellow, from the color, and the smell is quite pleasing to the eye. I will mix and match sweet jackfruit, with healthy seeds, namely green beans, rice and jackfruit seeds.
Have you ever tried making porridge with jackfruit? I don't want just jackfruit, I will add seeds from the jackfruit which at a glance the texture of these jackfruit seeds is quite similar to peanuts. Jackfruit seeds also have many benefits for the body, because they contain natural nutrients for the health of our bodies. So, instead of being curious, we just go to the stage of processing it.

200 grams jackfruit seeds
60 grams of rice
100 grams of green beans
100 grams of sugar 1 cup salt
500 ml coconut milk
2 pandan leaves

Jackfruit porridge is ready to be served, with a quite delicious taste, namely sweet, soft green bean texture with a very melted taste of jackfruit seeds plus the aroma of pandan leaves which smells quite original.
