Hi Everyone! I wanna to share with you my own version of Low Carb Aglio Olio.
This is my meal for today since I only eat once a day. We called it OMAD or One Meal a Day.
For this recipe, you need the following ingredients:
- Shirataki Noodles (Low Carb Noodles)
- Garlic
- Olive Oil or butter
- Chili Flakes
- Olives
- Salami
- Ground pepper
- Grated Mozzarella Cheese
**Procedure: **
First, wash and boil the noodles until it dries. In a separate pan, heat the butter or olive oil, sauté garlic until lightly brown and add the sliced salami. Next, add the noodles and olives, chili flakes add Olive Oil if needed, taste it with salt and pepper and it's done. Put on a plate and serve with grated Mozzarella cheese.
For all you know, I have been practicing Low Carb / Keto way of eating for almost 7 years now. This way of eating works for my body. I can say that I have already forgotten the taste of rice, bread, biscuits, chips, sweets and those food that are high in sugar and carbohydrates. I really feel good following this way of eating.
