You may be surprised to know that we not only eat beans but also try to eat bean seeds in various ways. And today I will share the recipe of such a traditional dish, which has been cooked with bean seeds.
Cooking Ingredients:
Ingredients I used to make today's Nanna are: Rui fish head, bean seeds, onion, green chilli, tomato, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, coriander leaves and oil.
Although it may seem like we have used a lot of ingredients in cooking but these are very common ingredients in our kitchen all the time.

First I cleaned the bean seeds and then peeled them off.
Then I heated the oil in a frying pan and made tannins with onion powder and all the spices.
Then I cooked with spices with tomato slices.
Then I mixed the fish head parts with spices.
Then I gave the cleaned bean seeds and cooked with some water.
Then when the amount of water decreased and the cooking became a bit sticky, I put the raw chillies and coriander leaves on top.
Then after a while I took them down and put them on a plate for serving. See what a beautiful taste of my cooking today. Truly Tuesday has been quite tasty.
