๐น๐ญ Fried Egg with Topping is one of the most favorite Breakfast around there. It is characterized by runny egg yolks texture toped with ground pork and sausage.

๐ณThis recipe is so easy and quick you can make it for any meal of the day too.
It is literally so easy to make. Just fried egg and toped everything on it and DONE!

Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 100 Gram of Ground Pork (boil)
- 100 Gram of Chinese Sweet Sausage (slide and fried)
- 100 Gram of Vietnamese Sausage (Boil)
- Coriander and Spring Onion
- Pepper and Seasoning Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon of Butter

Instuctions
- Put frying pan on medium-low heat and drop butter then break the eggs and let the eggs steam for a few minutes and add Chinese sausage.

- Add boiled ground pork, Vietnamese Sausage and garnish with Spring Onion and Coriander. Remove from heat and sprinkle with Pepper and Seasoning Soy Sauce.
