We all love breads and eat them almost everyday. The breads that we buy from the market are made using maida (wheat flour) which is not so good for Health. So why not bake the bread at home using just wheat to get the perfect fresh and healthy taste. Let’s see how we can get this.
Ingredients
2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour,
2 Tbsp Sugar,
1 Tbsp Dry Yeast,
3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil,
Pinch of Salt
Step 1: take a small bowl and fill 1/4th of it with Luke warm water. Add sugar and mix it well.
Step 2: add dry yeast to the sugar solution and let it settle for about 10 minutes.
Step 3: take atta in a bowl. Add salt. Make a well in the middle.
Step 4: in the well, add the yeast water and mix well.
Step 5: start kneeling the flour while adding water as required. Kneed to a soft dough and keep aside for 1 hour while covering with damp cloth.
Step 6: pre heat the oven at 180 degrees.
Step 7: shape the dough in a rectangular form and keep it inside the oven. Cook at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Step 8: once cooked, let it cool and then cut into slices.
