Ingredients;
- 4 an eggs
- Chopped carrota
- Chopped b onins
- Chopped tomatoes
- Chopped leeks
- A tablespoon of oil
- a teaspoon of pepper powder
- Two teaspoons of chilli pieces
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- Chopped small green chillies
- Chopped cabbage
- Two tablespoons of wheat flour
The method of making;
Add the chopped big onions, carrots, tomatoes, leeks,small green chillies and cabbage to a bowl.
Add pepper powder and salt powder.
Add 2 tablespoons of wheat flour and 2 teaspoons of chilli powder and mix well.
Put the eggs to another bowl and beat.
Now put the beaten eggs in the mixed vegetable bowl.
Mix everything well.
Now put a pan on the stove, add oil to it and spread the oil all over the pan.
Add the eggs and flour, put the mixed vegetable mixture in a pan, cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for five minutes.
Turn the other side over and cook again for two minutes, then remove from the stove.
Liked to eat, right? It's really delicious.
It same tastes like the omelette we always make. Today I added wheat flour with a change. As a result, the taste increased.I think this would be a good idea to make an omelette with a difference for dear friends.
