How are you, I hope you all are very happy and safe.Today I want to share with you a slightly different recipe.That water spinach (Kankun) Devilled.Usually we eat water spinach (kankun) either with tempered or with mallum.But the water spinach (Kankun ) Devilled is so much more delicious.Let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- A handful of water spinach ( Kankun) leaves
- Two tablespoons of oil
- Chopped garlic
- Chopped raw green chilies
- Chopped tomatoes
- Large onions cut into circles
- A tablespoon of soya sauce
- One and half tablespoons of tomato sauce
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- One and half tablespoons of chilli pieces
- 1/4 teaspoon of turmric powder
The method of making;
Thoroughly washed and cleaned water spinach leaves,break into fairly large pieces.
Now put a pan on the stove and add 2 tablespoons of oil to it and add the chopped garlic, big onion and green chillies and fry lightly.
Now add turmeric powder and mix.
Now add the chopped water spinach ( Kankun) leaves to the pieces.
After about three to four minutes, the kankun leaves will boil well.
Then add soy sauce and tomato sauce.
Add the chilli pieces and mix well.
Finally add the chopped tomatoes, mix well and remove from the stove.
Delicious water spinach(Kankun Devilled) is ready for lunch.
Although there are no other curries, you can eat rice with this kankun devil. prepairing this kankun devil especially during weddings in my country. I warmly invite you to enjoy this kind of water spinach (Kankun) Devilled too.
