How are you,Today is the New Year according to the culture of my country.It is called the Sinhala and Hindu New Year.So in this new year I wish all the people of the world a happy new year free from this oppressive situation.Today I am going to show you how to make a dried sprat pickle.So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- 50 g of dried sprats
- Half cup of oil
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- Half teaspoon of mustard powder
- Half teaspoon of pepper powder
- Capsicum Spikes 4
- Curry leaves
- 2 b onions
- A tablespoon of vinegar
The method of making;
Wash the capsicum and big onions, clean and cut into pieces.
Add a tablespoon of vinegar to the pepper and mustard powder and grind well.
Put a pan on the stove, add oil to it and when the oil heats up, fry the curry, big onion and capsicum separately.But not until the golden colour.
Wash and dry dried sprats and fry well until golden brown.
Remove the remaining oil from the pan and add the fried sprats to the pan.
Then add the fried curry leaves, capsicum and big onions.
Now add salt powder and minced mixture.
Mix everything well, cover with a lid and put on low heat.
Finally, add another tablespoon of vinegar, stir and remove from the heat.

This kind of sprats pickle can be served to a guest free from the usual dry sprats tempered. Very delicious.It also smells good.I think this would be a good meal for guys trying out new dishes.
