If that is the case then maybe we should not be a hindrance or a nuisance to others.Let us begin today with such a noble feeling.Today I am going to share with you a fish recipe.I changed the ingredients and made a delicious fish dish.I will tell you what was used for it and how it was made.
Ingredients;
- Five hundred grams of any type of fish that is washed, cleaned and cut into small pieces
- Four tablespoons of oil
- Chopped garlic
- Chopped b onions
- Curry leaves
- Three capsicums cut into circles
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- Two teaspoons of chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder
- A teaspoon of curry powder
- Two teaspoons of chilli pieces
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- Grated carrots
The method of making;
Put fish in a bowl and add curry powder, turmeric powder and pepper powder.
Add half a teaspoon of salt and chilli powder and mix well.
Now put a pan on the stove and add two tablespoons of oil to it and when the oil heats up add these mixed fish.Fry the fish on medium heat for about six / seven minutes.
Now put another pan on the stove and add the chopped garlic and onion, adding the remaining oil to it.
When the onion is fried, add the grated carrots, chopped capsicum and curry leaves.
Then add the remaining salt and chilli pieces. Now add some fried fish to it.
Now mix everything well and remove from the stove.
Ready for a deliciously tasty meal.
The fish recipe I made today was not deep fried in oil.Also no flavoring was used.Ingredients found in everyday home were used.With a change today I put on carrots.As a result I got a different taste that I like to eat.
