Ingredients;
- 500 g of boiled potatoes
- A cup of oil
- Curry leaves
- Chopeed pandan leaves
- A teaspoon of mustard seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- A teaspoon of salt powder
- A teaspoon of chilli pieces
- One and half teaspoons of chilli powder* Chopped green raw
chillies - A few stickes of cinnamon
- Ground cardamom
- Crushed cloves
- Two finely chopped onions
The method of making;
Cut the boiled potatoes into squares, add half a teaspoon of salt and deep fry in oil.
Finely chop the onion and deep fry in oil.
Deep fry the pandan leaves, curry leaves in oil so that it does not change color.Remove from the oven as soon as possible.
Potatoes and onions fried until golden brown.
Now put another pan on the stove and fry the potatoes in it and add two tablespoons of the remaining oil.When the oil heats up, first add the mustard seeds.Then add the cloves, cardamom and cinnamon sticks.
Add the remaining turmeric powder, salt, chilli powder and chilli pieces and mix well.
Now add the chopped green chillies.
Now add the pre-fried onions and potatoes.
Now add the pandan leaves, curry leaves and mix well. Now remove from the stove.
Potatoes are tempered and ready for lunch.
