Today I will tell you how to prepare a very sweet dish that can be prepared quickly for a guest who comes to your house suddenly or if you are a busy person. Rulan Aluwa in such a way that this dish can be prepared quickly and easily without much work. So let's see how to make it.
Ingredients:
- 200g of semolina
- 1/4 cup of hot water
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt powder
- Half teaspoon of vanilla
- 200g of sugar + 4 tablespoons of
The method of making;
Let's prepare a butter plate first.
Now put a suitable pan on the stove and keep the flame of the stove at a very low level and fry the semolina. Stir fry for about five minutes.
Then you need to caramelize some sugar. Prepare a suitable pan and add four table spoons of sugar and caramelize it on normal flame without stirring.
Now add 1/4cup of hot water to it.
After adding hot water and stirring, add the rest of the sugar.
**Melt the sugar well while stirring. **
Then add vanilla and salt powder.
After adding all that, lower the heat on the stove and add the semolina.
Stir for about three minutes on low flame.
Stir it like this, add it very quickly to the buttered tray and thin it out quickly.
Leave for about two minutes and cut into pieces.
After cooling well, separate the pieces.
I personally love this flavor. Because of its taste and I can make it very quickly. I really like this sweet snack because it can be made in less than ten minutes. A very sweet snack that can be served to guests. And the must-have flavor on our Sri Lankan New Year's table.
