I have come to you again with a new recipe. My recipe today is Chapila fish delicious roast. My favorite especially chapila fish when grilled it looks a lot like hilsa fish and smells like hilsa fish so I love chapila fish so I grilled chapila fish for lunch so thought I share this delicious recipe with you guys

Materials"
- Chapila fish - 1 kg,
- Onion - 3 tbsp,
- green chillies 5-6,
- Red Chilli Powder β 1 tsp,
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp,
- Cumin Coriander powder 1/2 tsp,
- Soybean oil - 8 tbsp,
- Salt is to taste,
- Amount of coriander leaves,
Method of preparation:
1 step.
First, I clean and wash the chapila fish. After cleaning and washing, I rub turmeric powder and salt in the chapila fish well. After it is done, I put soybean oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, fry all the chapila fish one by one on medium flame of the stove
2 step.
When the chapila fish are fried, this time I add four spoons of soybean oil in another pan. When the oil is hot, add chopped onion and green chilli pieces. On medium heat of the stove, I will fry the chopped onion and green chilli pieces, when the chopped onion turns light brown in color, I will add all the spices one by one.When all the spices are put in the pan, stir the spices with a spoon and fry them for a while and add enough water to grind the spices.
3 step.
When the spices are grated in the pan, now I will add the fried chapila fish to the pan one by one. When put in the pan, I will mix the spices with the fish well with the help of a spoon. Once mixed, I will roast the chapila fish for ten minutes on medium heat of the stove. When it comes, sprinkle the chopped coriander over the chapila fish and stir it a little with a spoon and turn off the stove.
