My father has heart problem so doctor told me to cook without oil I learned this recipe from my mother my mother cooks spinach very deliciously
I think health conscious people rarely put oil in food and oil free food is very beneficial food
Anyway, after talking a lot, let's share with you step by step how I cooked a delicious curry of prawns with spinach that is rich in nutrients.
Ingredients for cooking spinach with shrimp without cooking oil
Spinach,
Shrimp is the same as fish,
onion-1,
Five or six green chillies,
One teaspoon of red chili powder,
Two teaspoons of turmeric powder,
A teaspoon of cumin powder,
Salt to taste,
step 1:
First, I cleaned the spinach and cut it into medium pieces with a knife. I had already cut the prawns. Now I will wash the spinach, shrimp and fish and keep them separately. Once the spinach and prawns are washed, I will add a pot of water. When the water is given, put onion, green chilli pieces into the bones and add all the spices powder. When all the spices are powdered, put the washed shrimps and fish into the bones and cook all the ingredients on medium heat of the stove for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, when all the ingredients are cooked, now I will add the washed spinach to the bones

Chop the spinach and mix it with all the ingredients using a spoon. Cover with a lid and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes when the spinach is cooked, turn off the stove
