I am a connoisseur of good and tasty food, and although rarely, I enter the kitchen and experiment with some ready-made recipes.
A few days ago, my friends and I had dinner at a small local restaurant.There I ordered a sach with pork and vegetables from the menu.
The sach was so delicious that I said to myself - I will definitely try this in our home kitchen.At the end of the evening, I also managed to get the recipe from the chef in the restaurant's kitchen.
So friends, today I'm taking over the kitchen at home, and now I'll show you step by step what I managed to create😁
I'll start with the products you need:
Pork - 500g
Sach can be prepared with chicken, or you can combine pork and chicken.I will use only pork.
onion - 2 heads
peppers - 2-4 pieces green + red
carrots - 1-2 pcs.
a head of garlic
1-2 eggs
barbecue seasoning
some vegetable seasonings
Mushrooms - 300g
Method and sequence of preparation:
Cut the pork and mushrooms into pieces
Vegetables are also cut into small cubes or strips, as you decide.
We smear the sach with oil and put it on the stove.
After the sach is well heated, add the pork to fry well, season with barbecue seasoning.
After the meat is ready, it is removed from the sach and it is time to fry the mushrooms as well.
After they are ready, we also take them out and it's time to fry the chopped vegetables.
Vegetables are mixed frequently. Season them with vegetable seasoning.
When the vegetables are almost ready, add back the meat and mushrooms and mix well.
They are cooked like this until all the products are completely ready.
After turning off the stove, at your discretion and desire, you can also beat 1-2 eggs on top.
Mix the eggs well with the rest of the ingredients.
You can also put grated cheese on top, I just didn't have one at home at the moment.
