Según la región de mi país se acompaña de muchas maneras y hasta se come solo, con dulce de ciruelas, de lechosa, cabello de ángel etc. Espero que les guste y que disfruten.

- 1 taza de arroz blanco, 1 vaso de cocada, 2 tazas de agua, 100 gramos de panela, 100 gramos de coco, 1 taza de mermelada de guayaba.
- 1 cup of white rice, 1 glass of coconut sweet, 2 cups of water, 100 grams of brown sugar cane, 100 grams of coconut, 1 cup of guava jam.

- Colocar la taza de arroz en una cacerola con el agua, llevar al fuego por 20 minutos.

- Transcurridos los 10 minutos con el arroz blando.

- Agregar el vaso de cocada y bajar a fuego mínimo removiendo constantemente.

- Rallar el coco.
- Grate the coconut.
- Rallar la panela.

- Agregar la panela rallada al arroz y mezclar.

- Añadir el coco rallado y retirar del fuego.
- Add the grated coconut and remove from heat.
- Dejamos enfriar.
- Let cool .
