Un gran saludo amigos. ¡Aquí les traigo una receta muy deliciosa hecha con cebollas!. Las cebollas no solo son unas excelentes aliadas para aliñar nuestras comidas, también para rellenarlas. Se pueden rellenar con carne, vegetales, pollo, pescado etc. Me gustó como me quedaron y su combinación de sabor con la carne es la combinación perfecta. Espero les guste y lo disfruten.

- 2 cebollas grandes, 150 gramos de carne molida, 1 diente de ajo, 1 cucharadita de sal, 3 ajíes dulces, 1/2 tomate maduro, 1 trocito de pimentón, 1 cucharada de aceite, 1 cucharada de queso fundido.
- 2 large onions, 150 grams of ground beef, 1 clove of garlic, 1 teaspoon of salt, 3 sweet peppers, 1/2 ripe tomato , 1 piece of bell pepper, 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 tablespoon of melted cheese.

- Quitar la piel a las cebollas, cortar a la mitad y sacar el centro.
- Skin the onions, cut them in half and remove the core.
- Colocar la carne en una olla, agregar el aceite.

- Añadir la sal condimentada.

- Cortar finamente; pimentón, tomate, ajo, cebolla e incorporar a la carne.

- Rellenar las cebollas con suficiente guiso de carne.
