- 1 lechuga, 4 huevos, 1 remolacha, 1 zanahoria, 1 tomate, 1 cebolla, 2 cucharadas de mayonesa, 1 cucharada de mostaza, 1 cucharada de sal.
- 1 lettuce, 4 eggs, 1 beetroot, 1 carrot, 1 tomato, 1 onion, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of mustard, 1 tablespoon of salt.

- Lavar con anterioridad la cebolla y el tomate, y proceder a cortar en ruedas.
- Wash the onion and tomato beforehand, and proceed to cut into rounds.
- Retirar la piel de la remolacha y la zanahoria y cortar en rebanadas.
- Remove the skin from the beetroot and carrot and cut into slices.
- Cortar la lechuga en listas y lavarla con abundante agua y vinagre.

- Colocar los huevos y llevarlos al fuego por 15 minutos.

- Retirar las cascaras de los huevos y llevarlos a una segunda cocción por separado con la zanahoria y la remolacha, para que absorban su color.

- Escurrir y cortar los huevos a la mitad.
