Aquí les doy otra de mis recetas sabrosas para un delicioso almuerzo; las lentejas son una fuente de vitaminas y hierro, recomendada para la dieta balanceada, combinada con cerdo ahumado y guisada es demasiada sabrosa. - 500 gramos de lentejas, 1 chuleta ahumada, 1/2 pimentón rojo, 1/2 cebolla, 1 ramita de cebollín, 1 ramita de perejil, 1 ramita de apio España, 3 dientes de ajo, 1 cucharada de sal, 1 cucharada de aceite, 1 litro de agua.
- 500 grams of lentils, 1 smoked cutlet, 1/2 red pepper, 1/2 onion, 1 sprig of chives, 1 sprig of parsley , 1 sprig of Spanish celery, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 liter of water.

- Verter el agua en una olla con las lentejas y llevar al fuego por 30 minutos.
