- 3 papas grandes, 1/2 cebolla, 3 dientes de ajo, 1 ramito de cebollín, salsa de soya, sal al gusto, sabroseador, margarina.
- 3 large potatoes, 1/2 onion, 3 garlic cloves, 1 sprig of chives, soy sauce, salt to taste, tasty, margarine.

- Lavamos, pelamos y cortamos en ruedas finas las papas, cortamos en trocitos los ajos, cebolla y cebollín.
- Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices, cut the garlic, onion and chives into small pieces.
- Calentamos el sartén y añadimos 2 cucharadas de margarina.
- Heat the pan and add 2 tablespoons of margarine.
- Añadimos las papas a freír.
- Add the potatoes to fry.
- Añadimos la cebolla y los ajos.
- Add the onion and garlic.
- Mezclamos y agregamos el cebollín, sabroseador y sal al gusto.
- Mix and add the chives, sabroseador and salt to taste.
- Mezclamos y le damos un toque de salsa de soya.
- Mix and add a touch of soy sauce.
- Volteamos y doramos por ambos lados.
- Flip and brown on both sides.
- Servimos al gusto. Huele muy bien.
