Seguimos camino a la Semana Santa, y para los venezolanos es sinónimo de comer un suculento pescado frito acompañado de arroz blanco hervido y ensalada de zanahoria y repollo rallada; Una de mis especialidades es el pescado frito, simplemente me fascina. Espero que les guste y disfruten de esta deliciosa receta de fin de semana.

- 2 pargos blancos, 1 cucharada de sal, 2 cucharadas de harina de trigo todo uso, 1 taza de aceite para freír.
- 2 white snappers, 1 tablespoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of all-purpose wheat flour, 1 cup of oil for frying.

- Separar las cabezas para el suculento hervido del fin de semana.
- Separate heads for the succulent weekend boil.
- Rociar la sal al gusto.
- Sprinkle salt to taste.
- Enharinar por los dos lados.
- Flour both sides.
- Calentar el sartén con el aceite y colocar el pescado.
- Heat the pan with the oil and place the fish.
- Dejar por lo menos 10 minutos por cada lado.
- Allow at least 10 minutes per side.
