¡Saludos estimados amigos!. Para hoy les traigo esta nueva receta que preparé, se trata de "Pimentón Caramelizado" lo combiné con queso crema. Está combinación del dulce con salado, es espectacular. - 1 pimentón rojo grande de aproximadamente 200 grs, 100 grs de azúcar, 50 ml de vinagre, 50 ml de agua, 100 grs de queso crema.
- 1 large red bell pepper of approximately 200 grams, 100 grams of sugar, 50 ml of vinegar, 50 ml of water, 100 grams of cream cheese.

- Calentar el agua con el vinagre.
- Heat the water with the vinegar.
- Cuando comience a hervir agregamos el azúcar.
- When it starts to boil add the sugar.
- Mezclamos hasta que se disuelva el azúcar.
- Mix until the sugar dissolves.
- Lavar el pimentón y cortar en trozos pequeños o en juliana, como prefieran.
- Wash the bell pepper and cut into small pieces or julienne, as you prefer.
- Incorporamos el pimentón al almíbar y seguimos removiendo.
- Add the bell pepper to the syrup and continue stirring.
- Removemos Hasta que el almíbar espese y el pimentón adquiera una textura suave.
- Stir until the syrup thickens and the paprika acquires a smooth texture.
- Colocamos en un plato el queso crema y lo cubrimos con el pimentón.
- We place the cream cheese on a plate and cover it with the bell pepper.
