El día de hoy les presento eta receta de "Pollo con Celery", rápido de hacer, delicioso y con arroz hervido es excelente. Espero les guste y lo disfruten.

- 2 pedazos de pollo grandes, 1 manojo de celety, 1/2 cebolla, 3 ajíes dulces, 1/2 pimentón, 1 diente de ajo, sal al gusto, adobo, aceite, agua.
- 2 large pieces of chicken, 1 bunch of celety, 1/2 onion, 3 sweet peppers, 1/2 bell pepper, 1 clove of garlic , salt to taste, marinade, oil, water.

- Lavamos, quitamos la piel del pollo y adobamos. Reservamos.
- Wash, remove the skin from the chicken and marinate. We booked.
- Lavamos y cortamos en trocitos los ajíes dulces, pimentón, ajo, celery y cebolla.
- Wash and cut the sweet peppers, bell pepper, garlic, celery and onion into small pieces.
- En un sartén añadimos un chorrito de aceite, calentamos y agregamos los ajos y cebolla a sofreír por 2 min.

- Agregamos los ajíes dulces y pimentón, mezclamos.
- Add the sweet peppers and bell pepper, mix.
- Añadimos los trozos de pollo.

- Agregamos 2 tazas de agua, corregimos de sal y mezclamos.
- Add 2 cups of water, correct salt and mix.
- Incorporamos el celery, tapamos y cocinamos por 10 min a fuego medio.

- Apagamos y dejamos reposar.
