- 3 plátanos maduros, 1/2 taza de avena en hojuelas, 1 cucharada de margarina, 3 tiras de tocineta, 3 lonjas de jamón, 1 huevo, 200 grs de queso mozarella.
- 3 ripe plantains, 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 tablespoon margarine, 3 strips of bacon, 3 slices of ham, 1 egg, 200 grams of mozzarella cheese.

- Quitar la concha de los plátanos y cortar en trozos.
- Remove the shells from the plantains and cut into pieces.
- Cocinar con poca agua por 15 min.
- Cook with little water for 15 min.
- Escurrir los plátanos y hacer un puré.
- Drain the plantains and puree.
- Agregar la avena al puré y mezclar.
- Add the oats to the puree and mix.
- Añadir el huevo batido y mezclar.
- Add the beaten egg and mix.
- Extender el puré sobre un plástico.
- Spread the puree on a plastic.
- Añadir la mitad del queso rallado.
- Add half of the grated cheese.
- Colocar sobre el queso las lonjas de jamón.
- Place the ham slices on the cheese.
- Colocar sobre el jamón las tiras de tocinetas.
- Place the bacon strips on the ham.
- Enrollar comenzando por un extremo.
- Roll starting from one end.
- Presionar para compactar.
- Press to compact.
- Cubrir en papel aluminio y hornear por 30 min.
- Cover in foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Recién sacado del horno lo cubrimos con la margarina.
- Just out of the oven we cover it with margarine.
- Cubrir con el rato del queso rallado.
- Cover with the grated cheese.
- Cortar y servir para disfrutar de de esa espectacular combinación.
- Cut and serve to enjoy this spectacular combination.
