Hoy preparé algo rápido y delicioso, una súper ¡tostada francesa!. Saludos estimados amigos, esta receta es muy sabrosa para un desayuno ideal. Fácil y económica, me gusta la manera de como el huevo queda en el medio al quitarle el centro del pan y cocido le da un sabor diferente al igual que los demás ingredientes agregados. Easy and inexpensive, I like the way the egg is in the middle when removing the center of the bread and cooked gives it a different flavor like the other added ingredients. - 4 rebanadas de pan, 3 huevos, 1 cucharada de margarina, 50 grs de queso mozzarella, 2 tiras de tocineta, 2 lonjas de jamón, 2 rebanadas de queso amarillo, 2 tomates, 2 cebolla, 1/2 taza de leche líquida.
- 4 slices of bread, 3 eggs, 1 tablespoon of margarine, 50 grams of mozzarella cheese, 2 strips of bacon, 2 slices of ham, 2 slices of yellow cheese, 2 tomatoes, 2 onion, 1/2 cup of liquid milk.

- En un plato hondo batir 2 huevos.
- In a deep plate beat 2 eggs.
- Agregar la leche a los huevos.

- Humedecer las rebanadas de pan con la mezcla.

- Calentar un sartén con la margarina.

- Colocar las rebanadas de pan a dorar.

- Que doren por ambos lados.

- Cortar el tomate y la cebolla en ruedas.

- Vamos hacer capas diferentes; 1 rebanada con jamón y otra rebanada con queso amarillo.

- Agregamos queso mozarella.

- Para la cubierta extrae el centro de una de las rebanadas con un vaso y añadimos el huevo.

- Luego colocamos las ruedas de tomate y cebolla y encima las tocinetas.
