¡Feliz domingo amigos de #FoodiesBeeHive!. El día de hoy preparé un delicioso y sano desayuno; el brócoli contiene muchas vitaminas y acompañada de los huevos batidos se hace una gran tortilla para disfrutar y comer sabroso. Aquí mi receta práctica y fácil de hacer se los recomiendo.

- 200 grs de brócoli, 4 huevos, 1/4 de pimentón, 1/4 de cebolla, sal al gusto, aceite.
- 200 grams of broccoli, 4 eggs, 1/4 bell pepper, 1/4 onion, salt to taste, oil.

- Lavamos y cortamos en trocitos el brócoli, la cebolla y pimentón.
- Wash and cut the broccoli, onion and bell pepper into small pieces.
- En el sartén añadimos un chorrito de aceite, calentamos y agregamos el brócoli, cebolla y pimentón, le colocamos una pizca de sal.
- Add a drizzle of oil to the pan, heat and add the broccoli, onion and bell pepper, add a pinch of salt.
- Mezclamos y cocinamos por 3 min a fuego medio.
- Mix and cook for 3 min over medium heat.
- Cascamos los 4 huevos, agregamos una pizca de sal.
- Crack the 4 eggs, add a pinch of salt.
- Batimos los huevos.

- Agregamos al sartén.
- Add to the pan.
- Tapamos y cocinamos por ambos lados hasta que crezca la tortilla.
- Cover and cook on both sides until the tortilla grows.
- Servimos y disfrutamos, una tortilla muy sana y sabrosa.
